Income guidelines for 2012 are as follows:

| Maximum Gross Income for a FAMILY of THREE | $40,950 |
| Maximum Gross Income for a FAMILY of FOUR | $45,500 |
| Maximum Gross Income for a FAMILY of FIVE | $49,150 |
| Maximum Gross Income for a FAMILY of SIX | $52,800 |
| Maximum Gross Income for a FAMILY of SEVEN | $56,450 |
| Maximum Gross Income for a FAMILY of EIGHT | $60,100 |
